Also sanctioned is an Iranian transportation company that facilitates transportation for these transactions.

Hong Kong Ke.Do International Trade Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Zhongrongtong Trading Development Co., Ltd. were sanctioned for jointly selling tens of millions of dollars worth of dual-use nonferrous metals to PB Sadr.
