Thanks to the Lakeview Parent Teacher Partnership and the Board of Education, 65” interactive LED Magic TVs will be installed in all classrooms at Lakeview Elementary School by February.
The QOMO Journey 65" LED Interactive Multi-Touch "Magic TVs" will be used to enhance education with state of the art technology. These devices are capable of using Android Applications, streaming, and connecting to student Chromebooks. Student Keypads
Lakeview Elementary School principal Julie Peterson is excited to incorporate more interactive technology for the students.
“They are drawn to technology, but we don’t give up the paper and pencil. We don’t give up the dry erase boards. We make sure that we have a good combination, a good balance,” said Peterson. “Books in hands are never going to go away here at Lakeview.”
Digital Document Camera Thirty-six Magic TVs, costing $85,000, will join all the books and other resources at Lakeview Elementary School.
